Welcome Reception – Wednesday 6 November, 19:00 – 23:00, MAXXI  Museo nazionale delle arti del XXI secolo

The Welcome Reception provides a great opportunity to network with colleagues and make new contacts at MAXXI Museo nazionale delle arti del XXI secolo. Attendance is included within the conference registration fee for those who pre-selected. Light canapés and drinks will be provided.

You will be able to collect your badge at the MAXXI Museo nazionale delle arti del XXI secolo. The badge is valid for all congress days, please wear it at all times. Congress bags will be distributed at the Congress Venue on the morning of November 7th.

Shipper’s Party – Thursday 7 November, 20:30 – 01:00, 

The ERC Shipper’s Party is by invitation only. Additional information will be provided in the coming weeks.

Closing Reception – Friday 8 November, 19:00 - 24:00, Salone delle Fontane

Please join us to celebrate the closing of ERC 2024, a drinks reception with canapes will take place following the closing of the congress. This will be held in the Salone delle Fontane. We hope you can join us.
